How to report a seller or ad
The Bridal Stories platform aims to be a secure place for buying and selling.
If you believe a seller or ad is fraudulent, offensive, infringes copyright, or violates our policies, report it immediately.
You can also report after purchasing.
You can report in two ways: via email or directly through the chat.
Send the problem description and screenshots to info@bridalstories.pt.
Chat
In the chat window, you can report the conversation by clicking on the "forbidden" icon.
