Buying In-Person – Showroom
At Bridal Stories you can book a fitting at our showroom to buy an item in-person
Items were verified in-person by our quality control and are only available for fitting at the showroom.
Items are not available for rent.
Useful Tips
– Bring neutral-colored, seamless underwear
– Wearing shapewear can be helpful
– Bring shoes and accessories that you plan to wear, if you already have them (we also have them for fitting)
The General Conditions of fittings at Bridal Stories are:
– Your appointment lasts 1h30m.Don't be late, as to make the most of your fitting appointment.
– Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice.
– A maximum of 3 companions per bride is allowed, as we prioritize personal support.
– Children are allowed, but you should have someone supervising them to make the most of your fitting appointment.
– It is allowed to take photographs during the fitting.
For hygiene and cleaning reasons:
– Makeup is not allowed during fittings.
– Please handle dresses and accessories with provided cotton gloves whenever possible.
– "Shoeless" space: protections are provided or shoes are left at the entrance
– Eating is not allowed at the showroom.
Cancellations
Please be aware that we only have 1 fitting room and that we open the space exclusively for you.
We work by appointment only.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us by phone or email as soon as possible, preferably 48h before, to give the chance for someone to book your slot.
Time is a limited and precious resource!
Item reservation, Changes, Returns and Refunds
– We only reserve items with a 50% deposit.
– In case of cancellation, the reservation cannot be returned, due to loss of sale (non-sale of the goods), however, it can be used on other items.
– Items up to 800€ are paid in a one-time payment.
In case you wish to split your payment, they are made in two moments:
The first is the reservation for 50% of the total.
The second payment is 50%, to be done 30 days after the first payment.
– The dress must be entirely paid before initiating any adjustments or alterations
– Any adjustments are not included in the item's price.
– Adjustments are paid at the dress's delivery
– In-person purchases are final according to Portuguese law.
- We do not accept returns nor refunds for items purchased in-person. You are allowed to try on and verify the purchased items. In a physical shop, Portuguese law does not predict a consumer's right to cancellation.
– We do not return nor refund custom-made or personalized items. - We do not return the booking fee for fittings.

Informed consent
By booking a visit you confirme that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions and failure to comply with them will mean that we will have to end the fitting.
