Communication
Communication between buyers and sellers is a fundamental part of the buying or selling experience at Bridal Stories and we want to keep it as safe as possible.
Bridal Stories monitors conversations to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions and blocks any users or conversations that don’t adhere to the rules.
Messages and Safety
The Bridal Stories team monitors messages sent between members to detect fraud, abuse, spam and other violations of our platform policy. If you make contact through channels other than Bridal Stories chat, we will not be able to help if problems arise in the future.
At Bridal Stories, we take safety seriously. The Bridal Stories team reserves the right to quarantine messages or interrupt conversations if suspicious activity is detected. This helps keep the platform secure.
You can check the status of your message in the "Messages" menu as "sent" or "pending"."
If your first message contains personal data, approval may take longer than usual. For this reason, please don't include emails or phone numbers in the messages.
A conversation can also be interrupted by a user if they have been blocked.
Language
The language used on the platform must adhere to these guidelines:
– Cordiality
– No spam
– No hate speech
– No profanity
– No nudity
Images
By submitting your photos, you agree that they may be used by Bridal Stories in any promotional channels, whether online or physical, such as the website, social media, brochures, etc.
Not allowed:
– Unauthorized copyrighted photos, for example, catalog photos;
– Photos with frames, emoticons, letters, phrases or other decorative or artistic elements;
– Photos other than of the item for sale;
– Photo collages or montages of several photos in a single image;
– Photos with watermarks (stamp).
Copyright
To comply with international copyright laws, we promptly remove infringements as they are reported or detected. "Removal Notices" will be sent.
Copyrighted images include:
– Catalog images
– Images from a Google search or from another search engine
– Images saved from another advertisement
– Screenshots taken from social media
The continued use of copyrighted material may result in:
– Ad delisted from the platform's search
– Ad removed from the platform
– Legal action by the copyright owner
Companies
f you have a company or are a legal representative of a brand, you may have permission to use catalog photos. If that's the case, please contact us via email at info@bridalstories.pt.
