Personal data
1 – Bridal Stories will not, at any time, directly or indirectly, for its own benefit or for that of any other person or entity, use, disclose or reveal, or cause to be used, disclosed, or revealed, any Confidential Information or Personal Data to which they have access during the use of the platform, maintaining the information with Bridal Stories in safety, integrity, and confidentiality, and not allowing unauthorized access or use, disclosure, publication, or dissemination of Confidential Information.
2 – During the use of the platform, Bridal Stories may need to become aware of and process user Personal Data, namely, name, address, date of birth, identity card number, tax identification number, wedding date, marital status, banking information, and other relevant Personal Data, which are strictly necessary for managing aspects arising from this relationship and complying with laws and regulations.
3 – Bridal Stories may disclose and transfer the Consignor's Personal Data to third parties providing services in the field of human resources, legal, or other services strictly necessary for the proper use of the platform, for which the Consignor provides their free, express, and informed consent for the processing and transfer of Personal Data, as provided in this Clause and in accordance with applicable law. However, the Consignor has the right to oppose their processing, as well as to access and rectify the processed data, which will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years.
4 – If the user wishes to delete their data, they can request the deletion of their account by emailing info@bridalstories.pt, considering that the request is temporarily suspended if there has been a recorded sale within the last 30 days and if there is an open report related to the account, whether concurrently or not.
5 – After the account closure, Bridal Stories ensures that all Confidential Information and any documents or electronic records containing or reflecting any Confidential Information will be deleted, maintaining the obligation not to disclose Confidential Information.
