Payments at the showroom

– We only reserve items with a 50% deposit.

  • – Payments are made in 2 installments. The first 50% is paid at the moment of the reservation. The second payment of 50% is due 30 days after the first.

– In case of cancellation, the reservation cannot be returned, due to loss of sale (non-sale of the goods), however, it can be used on other items.

– We do not accept returns nor refunds for items purchased in-person. In-person purchase is final, as this allows you to try on and check the items. In a physical store, the legislation does not provide for the right to repentance or free resolution.

– The item must be entirely paid before initiating any adjustments.

– We do not return nor refund custom-made or personalized items.

– We do not ship items placed for consignment sale.

– Some exceptions can be made with accessories, where they'll be shipped cash on delivery via CTT Express, with shipping costs paid by the buyer, not included in the item's price. The shipping cost will be provided before dispatch. 

– For remote or off-premises sales, any return or refund must be made within 14 consecutive days after receiving the item.

Coloca fotografias relativas aos pormenores (rendas, bordados, etc.);

Fotografa o teu vestido num fundo clean sem sobreposição de outros artigos.
